Blood, bodily fluids, decomposition, and sharps. The area is contained, affected materials that cannot be cleaned are removed, and surfaces are disinfected under bloodborne-pathogen practices.

We do not enter a scene law enforcement still holds. Once it is released, we work quietly so family, a landlord, or a property manager is not left to do it.

Sewage backups, heavy soiling, animal waste, and odors soaked into a structure. This is not a maid service with stronger spray. Filtration, removal, and the right disposal come first.

Where neglect or a leak left visible growth, we clean affected contents and surfaces that can be saved. If the building is still wet, wiping it will not hold. We will tell you a dry-out is needed before more cleaning is worth paying for.
