What the work actually is
Pathways get cleared so the house is safer to be in. Then we work room by room. Things you mark to keep are packed and set aside. Trash, soiled belongings, and true waste leave the property through the right channel, not a neighbor’s view if we can help it.
After the volume is down, we clean what can be cleaned: floors, kitchens, baths, and the surfaces people will touch again. Odor is treated where it has soaked in. If pests or heavy soil mean part of the house is a biohazard, that portion is handled as one, not with a household cleaner.
You set the pace. Some households want a single push. Others need the work split across days so a person can stay with the decisions. Both are normal here.
What we will not do
- Lecture you, or anyone who lives there, about how it got this way.
- Throw away an item you marked to keep.
- Photograph the home for advertising.
- Arrive in marked vehicles if you asked us not to.
- Change the price halfway through without telling you first.
